Anonymous asked: why no more diet coke?
Because I cannot drink Diet Coke in moderation. I am unable to just have one and as a result will drink multiple a day. Since I am attempting to be healthy I figured I would just get rid of it for now. Who knows the affect all that aspartame has on you. Also I always stop drinking caffine before a cycle so I just figured I would stop sooner this time!

Both the caffeine and the chemicals effect your hormones involved with fertility. I stopped with the diet drinks and caffeine while we were trying too.
